Meet Rachel

A coach who's lived it too.

Rachel Sewell is a menopause specialist and nervous system-focused health coach who helps women in midlife feel stronger, more energised, and more in control of their health.

After years of working with women navigating stress, emotional eating, metabolism shifts, and burnout, Rachel created The Reset Method App to provide simple, structured support women can actually stick to.
